Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy on items that remain in their original, vacuum-sealed sanitary packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any device that has been opened or handled.

Return Process

  Verify Seal Integrity

  Before initiating a return, ensure the outer sanitary seal is completely intact and show no signs of tampering or removal.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the secure return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened product in a discreet, unmarked shipping box with the RMA number clearly written on the internal packing slip.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the factory seal is unbroken, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
